Return and Refund Policy

We want every By Khemiri customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If, for any reason, a product does not suit you, you have a right of withdrawal under the conditions detailed below.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

To be new, unopened and unused ,

To be in its original packaging , complete and in perfect condition,

Please include the order number .
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with cosmetic regulations.
3. Return address
The exact return address will be provided by email once your request has been validated by support.
No returns should be made without prior agreement from customer service.
4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the following cases:

Defective product

Order error on the part of By Khemiri ,

Product damaged during transport.

In these specific cases, the return or exchange costs will be covered by By Khemiri .
5. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or non-compliant product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@bykhemiri.com with a photo of the product in question.
After verification, we will propose:

An exchange ,

An asset , or
-
A full refund , according to your preference.
6. Reimbursement
Once the product has been returned and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the package, via the same payment method used for the order.
7. Products not eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
This includes, in particular:

Shampoos, masks or serums whose seal has been broken;

The accessories have been used.
8. International Returns
Returns from abroad are possible, but shipping and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
