1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller ( By Khemiri ) and any customer making a purchase on the site.
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.


2. Products

The products offered for sale are cosmetics and hair accessories (shampoos, masks, serums, etc.).
Each product is presented with a detailed description and non-contractual photographs.
By Khemiri strives for the highest accuracy of information, but cannot be held responsible for any minor errors.


3. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) , including all taxes (TTC) .
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
By Khemiri reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.


4. Order

To place an order, the customer must:

  3. Confirm the order after verification;

  4. Make the secure payment.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Colissimo .

Average delivery times:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 8 business days

  • International: depending on destination

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering.
By Khemiri cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or customs.

In the event of a damaged package, the customer must notify the carrier and By Khemiri within 48 hours of receipt.


7. Cancellation and returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

The return address will be provided by email.

  • Products must be new, unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, By Khemiri undertakes to replace it or refund it, according to the customer's choice.

By Khemiri cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
