This Delivery Policy aims to inform By Khemiri customers about the methods, times and conditions of delivery of orders placed on the website www.bykhemiri.com (or www.maisonkhemiri.com ) ).


1. Delivery area

By Khemiri delivers its products in France and internationally .
Orders are shipped from mainland France.


2. Carrier

Deliveries are mainly made by Colissimo , a service of La Poste, known for its reliability and tracking.

Depending on the country or the volume of the package, other carriers may be used if necessary.


3. Delivery times

The delivery times indicated below are approximate:

  • Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe : 5 to 8 business days

  • International : delivery time varies depending on the country (often between 7 and 15 business days)

The time limits begin to run from the date of the shipping confirmation sent by email to the customer.
During periods of high activity (holidays, sales, promotions), a slight increase in delivery times may occur.


4. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during order confirmation, according to:

  • And the carrier's current rates .

5. Order tracking

Upon dispatch, the customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing them to track the delivery of their package in real time on the carrier's website.


6. Receiving the package

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package:

  • If the package is damaged, the customer must immediately report it to the carrier and to By Khemiri by email at contact@bykhemiri.com with photographic evidence.

  • If a product is missing or damaged, it must also be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

No claims will be accepted after this period without sufficient evidence.


7. Delay or non-receipt

In the event of an unusual delay or non-delivery after 15 working days, the customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@bykhemiri.com in order to launch an investigation with the carrier.
No refund requests can be processed until this investigation is closed.


8. Incorrect or incomplete address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, By Khemiri cannot be held responsible.
The package can be reshipped after payment of the new shipping costs.


9. Customs duty (non-EU)

For international deliveries (outside the European Union), customs duties or import taxes may be applied upon arrival of the package, depending on the legislation of the destination country.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the client.
